High Temperature Film Capacitors

HIGH VOLTAGE METALLIZED POLYPROPYLENE 925D SERIES

This capacitor series was designed for High Voltage AC and pulsing applications. The units are rated for 15,000 VDC/ 2,500 VAC & 30,000 VDC / 4,500 VAC @ 60Hz.

All capacitors feature extended electrode construction and standard tin-coated copper leads. Nickel, copperweld, dumet and other special leads are available.

Protective clear wrap is offered.

The potting material and endfills of Electrocube𠏋 capacitors meet or exceed the flammability requirements of UL94VO.

Dimensional variations for all MFD values are available with the same volume to meet your design requirements.

SPECIFICATIONS

Temperature:	-40慢 to +85慢
Dielectric voltage test:	Will withstand an application 120% of rated DC voltage for 1 minute.
Dissipation factor:	Shall not exceed 0.1% at 25慢.
Dielectric Absorption:	Shall not exceed 0.1% at 25慢 per MIL-C-19978.
Acceptance Criteria:	Measurement frequency for capacitance and dissipation factor shall be 1000Hz.
Insulation Resistance:	> 30,000 MEG Ω @ 100 VDC, 25慢 for 1 minute.
Resistance to Soldering Heat:	> Bath temperature maximum 260慢 duration 10 seconds Maximum.
